摘要
概述了已建建筑物变形现状的调查与沉降观测结果,根据勘察揭示的场地岩土条件,对多种测试结果进行了分析对比,提出了场地各地层的物理力学性质和强度及变形特性指标,并结合收集的设计资料对地基土的承载力和变形进行大量的验算,从地质角度查明了已建建筑物变形的主要原因,综合已建建筑物的结构特点、基础型式和地质及环境条件,提出了经济合理、因地制宜的加固治理措施,并介绍了采用锚杆静压法加固的设计与施工方法。该方法具有技术上与经济上的优越性,是锚杆静压桩在治理龙海某厂房地基的成功实例,值得类似工程推广应用。
The paper briefly stated the results of the observation on the deformation of the built construction and its subsiding. Several kinds of observation results were analyzed and compared. The characters of mechanics of different strata on the ground, its strength and deformation index were proposed and a great deal of checking computation of weight bearing force and deformation was carried out combined with the collected designing materials. The main reason of the deformation of the completed building was confirmed from geological point of view. A reasonable reinforcement countermeasure suitable for the local conditions was proposed according to the structure characters of the building, groundsill pattern and geological and environment conditions; design and operation method using anchor static pressure method for reinforcement was introduced. The method is technologically and economically advanced, and a successful example of anchor static pressure pole in treating the workshop groundsill in Longhai,worth enlarging application in the similar projects.
