窒息新生儿脐血血浆胰岛素样生长因子1水平变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 通过观察胰岛素样生长因子-1(Insulin-like Growth Factor-1简称IGF-1)在窒息新生儿脐血中的变化, 探讨IGF-1在缺氧缺血过程中所起作用及其变化的可能机制。方法 以30例正常出生的足月新生儿为对照组,检测37例 窒息新生儿脐血血浆的IGF-1水平。并在生后7-10d对窒息儿进行20项神经行为评分,评分结果与IGF-1水平进行相关 分析。结果 新生儿窒息时脐血中IGF-1比正常对照组显著下降(t=8.01,P<0.01=)。其水平与生后神经行为评分呈正 相关(r=0.413,P<0.05=)。结论 IGF-1参与窒息缺氧的病理生理过程,临床检测脐血ICF-1水平对判断病情及预后可 能有重要意义。
