摘要
通过对高功率双包层光纤激光器工作原理及其输出特性的分析,利用半导体激光器光纤模块作为泵浦源,采用星型双包层掺镱光纤与光纤光栅连接制作出全光纤结构的光纤激光器,获得了6.02 W单模连续输出功率,中心波长1 100 nm,斜效率1.7 W/A。
Based on the analysis of operation principle and output characteristics of high power doubleclad fiber laser, novel high power double - clad fiber lasers with all - fiber structure was fabricated, by using the star - shape inner - cladding Yb - ions - doped fiber spliced fiber gratings, and pumped by diode laser source. The result gained 6.02 W cw single - mode output, central wavelength of 1100 nm, slope efficiency of 1.7 W/A.
