摘要
对我国社区体育和社会体育指导员的特点、作用和现状进行了分析,并针对目前社区体育急需社会体育指导员进行科学指导的具体情况,提出了社会体育指导员在社区体育中有效发挥指导作用的具体措施。
This paper analyzes characteristics, role and present situation of instructors of community sports and social sports and points out practical measures for instructors of social sports to play effective instruction role in community sports according to the situation that present community sports urgently needs scientific instruefion of social sports instructors.
