摘要
阐述Y型分子筛立式焙烧炉的结构及其计算机控制方法,提出采用组合逻辑控制方法将复杂的控制过程转化为序列的简单控制。同时,在每个控制阶段由模糊规则对相应的控制器参数进行必要的调整。系统投运以来控制效果显著,较大地提升了企业的经济效益。
The structure and characters of Y-molecular sieve vertical roasting stove and its control memoa are introduced. The combinational logic control method, which converts the complex control process into sequence simple control, is put forward. Meanwhile, in the every control phrase fuzzy rules regulate the corresponding controller parameters necessarily. The practical results show that the control effect is remarkable. The economic benefit of the corporations is obtained and increased.
