摘要
与FFAP毛细柱相比,CP-WAX毛细柱能很好分离乙酸乙酯/乙缩醛、活性戊醇/异戊醇等几对难分离的物质。在白酒香味组分的分析上,CP-WAX毛细管柱具有高的分离度和精密度,能有效提高气相色谱图谱应用于白酒质量描述与评价的科学性。
Compared with FFAP capillary Column, CP-WAX capillary column had better effects in the separation of several groups of substances such as ethyl acetate and acetal, active amyl alcohol and isoamyl alcohol. Besides, CP-WAX capillary column had higher separation degree and precision in the analysis of liquor flavouring compositions, which could effectively advance the scientificity in describing and evaluating liquor quality by gas chromatography.
