摘要
用薄层色谱法检测蔬菜中残留农药是一种可行的方法.被检测物质本身的特性、吸附剂的性质和展开剂都会影响检测结果。对于确定的检测对象辛硫磷,选择硅胶G作为吸附剂,着重对展开剂的选择进行研究。通过对辛硫磷性质分析,可以确定展开剂的物质组成。分析各展开剂的展开现象符合检测要求的程度,选择苯与甲醇的比例为1:7作为展开剂。
It is a viable way to analyze ruulmental pestlcloe in vegetable by Thin Layer Chromatography. Characteristic of analyzed matter and sorbent and expanded matter could influence analyzed result. When Baythion is analyzed, silica gel G is chosen to be sorbent, and the studied emphasis is to choose a right expanded matter in the thesis. After characteristic of Baythion is analyzed, the component in expanded matter will be confirmed. The spreading phenomena in the different expanded matter are discussed, and the proportion of Benzene and Carbinol is 1:7.
