钻孔灌注桩施工的事故分析及预防对策 被引量:1

摘要 钻孔灌注桩是采用不同的钻孔方案,在地层中按照要求形成一定形状(断面)的井孔,达到设计标高后,将钢筋骨架吊入井孔中,再灌注混凝土形成为基础,在我国公路桥梁中占据了重要地位,并向大直径、多样化(变截面桩、空心桩、变截面空心桩)方向发展。桩基作为一项隐蔽基础工程以及自身的特点,在施工时易出现一些事故,本文以集丰高速公路No2合同段饮马河大桥的施工为例,对钻孔灌注桩施工时容易出现的事故进行了分析,并提出相应预防对策及处理方法。 The construction of bored pile is to adopt different bored schemes firstly and then make a certain shape of hole according to the designed requirements in the site. When it reaches the designed elevation, the reinforcing bars will be put into the hole and the concrete will be poured into the hole to form foundation. Bored pile is important in the construction of highway bridges and develops towards large diameter and diversity (variable cross- section pile, hollow pile, variable cross-- section bollow pile). The pile foundation is a hiding foundation engineering, and some accidents easily appear in the construction. Taking the construction of Yinma River as an example, some accidents which easily occur in the construction of bored piles were analyzed and the countermeasures were brought forward in the paper.
