摘要
主要介绍了绩效评价概念与内涵,同时结合黑龙江省森工企业的特点与存在的问题,尤其是人口众多,难于管理的问题,展开研究。阐述了运用工作分析和平衡记分法在省森工企业的绩效评价中所能带来的积极效果。
The concept and connotation of performance evaluation were introduced briefly. Combining with the features and existing problems of Heilongjian forestry enterprises, the methods of work analysis and balanced-scorecard measure which would bring positive effects for the performance evaluation of Heilongjina forestry enterprises were expounded.
