摘要
开关量控制与顺序控制是PLC技术应用于工厂自动化的主要方面。以自动装箱生产线的PLC控制为例,从硬件设计、软件编程和系统调试等方面详细论述了PLC控制系统的主要设计原则,并对两种用户程序的设计方法进行了比较,指出了各自的应用特点。
On -off control and sequential control are main functions of PLC on factory automation （FA）. This paper introduces the main design philosophy of PLC control system from hardware design, software design, and system debug, etc. Using PLC technology, a living example of automatic boxing line is given. At the same time, passing through comparison, it puts forward two methods for designing Users＇ control program.
