摘要
K2SiF6沉淀后,不过滤分离,用KOH溶液中和母液中的酸,至中性,由于溶液中存在适量的F-和K+离子,能抑制铁、铝、钙、镁、钛等的氟化物水解,而K2SiF6又能完全水解。锆、锌全量干扰测定,须按有关公式予以校正。测得结果不低于动物胶重量法。标准偏差0.07%。因此,应用本方法,避免了现行的K2SiF6法过滤分离的麻烦手续,防止了因转移和洗涤时K2SiF6的部分损失引起的负误差。也免去了如重量法那样操作烦琐、过程漫长和反复高温灼烧的耗电量大的步骤。
After K2SiF6 is Precipitated, the acid in the mother solution is neutraliZed by the KOH solution without being filtered. The appropriate amount of F- and K+ ions in the solution: can prevent the hydrolysis of fluoridized Fe, Al, Ca, Mg, Ti and so on, while K2SiF6 is capable of complete hydrolysis. All the Zr and Zn contained interferes with the determination, Which must be corrected according to certain formula. The result is not lower than that obtained by the weight method with animal glue, and the standard error iS 0.07%. Therefore, compared with the commonly -used method with K2SiF6, using this method can save the troublesome filtering to avoid negative error caused by the loss of K2SiF6 in transferring and washing. Unlike weight method, it does not need a long operating time and high power consumption owing to repeated burning crucible at high temperature and precipitation.
