摘要
由于采煤方法变革,煤矿开采机械化程度越来越高,机械设备高效化、大型化必然带来煤巷断面越 来越大、交叉点越来越多的现象,交叉点处断面大,围岩压力相互叠加,巷道支护难度大。一般的棚式支 护、砌碹支护等传统方式无法解决这一问题。通过对五阳煤矿短臂开采工艺实践过程的总结,提出大断面 多交叉点破碎围岩巷道锚梁网索支护技术,确保掘巷及回采期间的安全可靠性。
Due to the revolution of mining methods, the mining degree of mechanisation is becoming higher and higher. The high-efficiency and macro-scale operations technology will cause the phenomenon of multi-intersection points and heavy sections in the coal drift. With the pressures summed up, the difficulty of supporting becomes bigger. The traditional methods, such as bar supporting, arching, masonry-lining supporting and ere, cannot resolve this problem. By summarizing the practical process of shortwall mining technology in Wuyang coal mine, the technology of roof bolting with bar and wire mesh of the coal drift by crushing wall rock in the heavy section multi-intersection points is provided so as to guarantee the safety and reliability during the time of coal winning and excavated drifting.
