摘要 根据顶板离层的测量原理,结合现场实际,提出了以霍尔元件为基础的直线位移传感器,实现顶板 离层量的非接触测量,采用以单片机为核心的微电子技术实现监测信号的处理、显示、报警及传输功能,同 时实现在地面生产指挥中心对矿井巷道顶板离层状态的实时、远程监控。并对研制的智能型顶板离层监 测仪的应用效果进行分析总结。 Based on the measuring methods of roof bed separation and combined with the spot practice, the beeline displacement sensor made up of Hall components are provided, which realize the untouched measuring of roof bed separation. The treatment, visualization, alarm and transmission can be realized with the microelectronic technolo- gy using the SCM as the core. At the same time, the real time and long-distance monitoring to the state of roof bed separation by the productive direction center can be realized. We also summarize the applicable effects of the intellective roof bed separation monitoring apparatus manufactured.
