杀害岳飞的元凶不是秦桧而是高宗赵构。封建帝国时代,在一般情况下,国君的利益和国家的利益是一致的;在特殊情况下,二者会产生矛盾。在产生矛盾后,国君会放弃国家利益而维护自己的私利,哪个臣子的行为和言论损害了国君的私利,国君就惩罚或处死他。岳飞就是死于其行为和言论损害了高宗赵构的私利。

The murderer of Yuefei is not Qinhui but Gaozong , Zhaogou. In the feudal society , the interests of the monarch and the country is identical generally, but the two sides would come into conflicts unusually. The monarch would give up the country＇ s interests and defend his personal interests when they are contradictory. Who would be punished or killed by the monarch when his words and deeds did harm to the monarch＇ s personal gain. Yuefei is one of the above people.
