摘要
我国的汇率政策长期以来过分强调汇率稳定,过多考虑汇率变动对实体经济的影响和过于注重汇率变动所带来的风险,并长期实行盯住美元的汇率政策。这种低效率的汇率政策,其最大弊端就是损害了中国货币政策的自主性。随着全球经济发展进程的加快,汇率制度改革势在必行。
China＇s exchange policy always stresses the stable exchange rate, pays more attention to the impact to economic entity that the risks caused by change in exchange rate, moreover, and chronically carries out the exchange policy to closely follow US dollar. This kind of exchange policy is deficient and its first malpractice is to hurt the autonomy of RMB policy. With the economic globalization, exchange policy reform is imperative under the situation.
