多囊卵巢综合征患者血清瘦素、胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ测定

Dertermination of serum leptin, insulin and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰin patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨瘦素(LEP)、胰岛素(INS)和胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGFⅠ)与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病的关系。方法:应用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定63例PCOS患者(PCOS组)、20例同期就诊的不孕症患者(对照组,月经周期正常,不孕原因为免疫因素或输卵管因素)空腹血糖(FBG)水平,放射免疫法分别测定LEP,INS、IGFⅠ水平。结果:①PCOS组FBG为(4.961±0.796)mmol/L,与对照组((5.092±0.905)mmol/L)比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.617,P>0.539);②PCOS组空腹LEP水平为(19.721±18.107)μg/L,对照组为(8.063±3.275)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.498,P<0.05);③PCOS组空腹INS水平为(11.782±8.027)mU/L,对照组为(7.951±2.235)mU/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.163,P<0.05);④PCOS组空腹IGFⅠ水平为(50.322±37.881)μg/L,对照组为(25.961±11.572)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.191,P<0.05)。结论:LEP、INS和IGFⅠ可能共同参与PCOS的病理过程。 Aim : To investigate the levels of serum leptin ( LEP), insulin (INS) and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods: Serum glucose(SG) in limosis of 63 patients with PCOS( PCOS group) and 20 patients with normal menstrual cycle, sterile for immunity or tubal problems was determined using glucose oxidase method, and LEP,INS and IGF-Ⅰ levels,using irradiation immunoassay method. Results: SG of PCOS group was (4. 961 ± 0. 796) mmol/L,which had no significant difference (t =0. 617, P 〉 0. 539) compared with that of control group ( (5. 092±0. 905 ) mmol/L) ; LEP level of the PCOS group was ( 19. 721± 18. 107 )μg/L, which was significantly higher than control group ( (8. 063±3. 275 )μg/L, t = 4. 498, P 〈 0.05 ) ; INS was ( 11. 782±8. 027) mU/L in PCOS group, which was significantly higher than that in control group( (7.951±2. 235 ) mU/L ,t = 3. 163, P 〈 0.05 ) ; in PCOS group, IGF-Ⅰ was (50. 322±37. 881 )μg/L, which was significantly higher than that of control group(25. 961±11.572)μg/L, t =4. 191, P 〈0.05. Conclusion: LEP,INS and IGF-Ⅰ may participate in the pathologic process of PCOS.
