摘要
目的:观察C肽及其类似物C肽K对1型与2型糖尿病患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性的影响。方法:酶比色法分别测定1型及2型糖尿病患者红细胞膜ATP酶水平,并分析与C肽等指标的相关性;体外环境下将胰岛素、C肽及C肽K与1型糖尿病患者红细胞孵育,观察红细胞膜ATP酶活性变化。结果:①1型糖尿病患者红细胞膜ATP酶水平较2型糖尿病低(P<0.05);②糖尿病患者红细胞酶活性与血浆C肽水平和胰岛素水平呈正相关,2型糖尿病患者红细胞酶活性还与病程和年龄呈负相关;③体外环境下生理浓度C肽可显著提高1型糖尿病患者红细胞活性,与胰岛素的联合使用较两者单独使用作用更显著;C肽K具有类似C肽的生物活性。结论:C肽可显著改善1型糖尿病患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性,与胰岛素的联合使用可使此作用显著增强;C肽K具有C肽类似活性。
Aim :To investigate the different activity of Na/K-ATPase of erythrocyte between the type 1 ( T1 ) and type 2 (T2) diabetes and the relationship with plasma C-peptid, and to testify the biofunction of the C-peptide and C-peptide-K. Methods: The Na/K-ATPase activity of the erythrocyte between T1 diabetes and T2 diabetes was compared;the relation between the activity of Na/K-ATPase and the concentration of C-peptide in plasma was analyzed; the C-peptide and C-peptide- K were incubated with the erythrocyte from the T1 diabetes and the change of the activity of the Na/K-ATPase was observed. Results: The activity of the enzyme in T1 diabetes was lower than that in T2 ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the activity of the enzyme was positively correlated with the levels of C-peptide and insulin ,besides ,the activity of the enzyme was negatively correlated with age and the course of disease in T2 diabetes patients ; C-peptide or insulin in vitro could significantly increase the activity of the enzyme,and the combination of insulin and C-peptide had better effects; the C-peptide-K had similar function with the C-peptide. Conclusion: C-peptide could increase the activity of the Na/K-ATPase in T1 diabetes,which could be significantly enhanced by the combination with insulin. C-peptide-K has the similar function with the C-peptide.
