口腔颌面部肉瘤组织中FAK和uPA的表达

摘要 目的:探讨黏着斑激酶(FAK)激活及其信号传导在口腔颌面部肉瘤组织发生发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测37例口腔颌面部肉瘤和14例良性间叶组织肿瘤中FAK和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)的表达。结果:口腔颌面部肉瘤组织中FAK的阳性表达率为62.16%,而良性间叶组织肿瘤中阳性表达率为14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口腔颌面部肉瘤组织中uPA的阳性表达率为70.27%,而良性间叶组织肿瘤中阳性表达率为21.43%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在转移组和无转移组肉瘤中,FAK表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FAK在口腔颌面部肉瘤发生和发展过程中起重要作用;FAK和uPA的高表达可能成为评估口腔颌面部肉瘤临床侵袭和转移潜能的有用指标。 Aim: To detect the expression of focal adhension kinase(FAK) and urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) in oromaxillofacial sarcoma(OMFS) tissue and to study their correlation with clinicopathological data. Methods: Immunohistochemical streptavidin peroxidase method was used to detect the expression of FAK and uPA in 37 cases of OMFS tissue and 14 cases of benign mesenchymal tumor tissue. Results: In the tissue of OMFS and benign tumor,the positive rate of FAK was 62.16% (23/37) and 14.29% (2/14) ,and a significant difference was found between the 2 groups (P 〈 0.05). In OMFS ,the positive rate of uPA was 70.27% (26/37),while the positive rate was 21.43 % (3/14) in benign tumor,and there was a significant difference between the 2 groups( P 〈 0.05 ). FAK was positively correlated with uPA( r =0. 468 ,P = 0. 003 ),and FAK had a higher expression level in OMFS with metastasis compared with that without (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: FAK and uPA might be valuable markers in assessing tumor biological behavior and invasion and metastasis potential in OMFS.
