病理性瘢痕组织中Ki-67的表达

Expression of Ki-67 in abnormal scar

目的:了解病理性瘢痕组织中Ki67的表达,探索瘢痕增生的机制。方法:应用免疫组化SABC法检测60例病理性瘢痕(包括增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩)、15例正常皮肤(取自病理性瘢痕患者自身)及15例非病理性瘢痕组织中Ki67蛋白的表达。结果:Ki67呈核表达。病理性瘢痕组织中Ki67标记指数(5.35±1.92)显著高于非病理性瘢痕和正常皮肤组织(0.41±0.33,0.33±0.34,P<0.05)。结论:瘢痕增生可能为瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖活性增高所致。

Aim ： To explore the expression of Ki-67 in the abnormal scar and the role it plays in abnormal scar formation. Methods ： The expression of Ki-67 was detected using immunohistochemical SABC method in 60 specimens of abnormal scar, 15 specimens of normal skin and 15 specimens of normotrophie scar. Results ： The expression of Ki-67 was localized in the nuclei. Ki-67 labelling index in abnormal scar （5. 35±1.92） was higher than those in normotrophic scar （0.41±0.33 ） and normal skin （ 0.33±0.34 ） , respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The formation of abnormal scar could be the result of highly proliferative activity of fibroblasts.
