丙纶用染料的研究Ⅰ.1,4-双对正烷基苯胺基蒽醌的合成

Study on the Dyes for Polypropylene FibersⅠ. Synthesis of 1, 4-di (p-n-Alkylanilino)-Anthraquinone.

本文以１，４－二羟基蒽醌为原料合成了五个分子结构含长碳链烷基的丙纶用染料，研究了反应条件，测试了染料的吸收光谱和热稳定性，初步应用表明用于丙纶染色效果较好。

Abstract: Five anthraquinone dyes for polypropylene fibers with long chain alkyl group were synthesized from1, 4-dihydroxy anthraquinone and the reaction conditions have been studied. The adsorption spectra and stabilities to heat of these dyes have been measured. Dyeing on polypropylene fibers leads to better results.
