摘要
馆员是图书馆最重要的资源和财富,只有充分发挥馆员的积极性和创造性,才能推动图书馆事业的发展。从人本管理的内涵和意义出发,分析了高校图书馆人本管理的必要性及其实施人本管理的途径,论述人本管理是高校图书馆管理的立足点。
The librarian is the most important resource and wealth of the library, only by giving full play to the librarian's enthusiasm and creativity,could the development of the library cause be promoted. Starting from the connotation and significance of the people-based management, this paper analyzes on the necessity of carrying out university library's people-based management'and the paths for carrying out the people-based management, and discusses on that the people-based management is the foothold of the management of university library.
