高校图书馆学生工参与监督管理的思考

Considerations about Student-librarians' Participating in the Supervision and Management of University Library

引进读者参与图书馆的监督管理是提高图书馆服务质量和水平的有效途径之一,高校图书馆聘任学生馆员是当前遇到的一个新话题。介绍了学生工参与图书馆管理工作的重要性、作用及管理机制,提出了对学生馆员的报酬应充分体现按劳分配的原则。

Inviting the readers to participate in the supervision and management of the library is one of the effective paths for increasing the service quality and level of the library, and getting the students to act as the university librarians is a new topic at present. This paper mainly discusses on the importance, function and managerial mechanism of students＇participating in the management of the library, and points out that the pay for the student-librarians should reflect fully the principle of.the distribution according to work.
