随着网络时代的到来,数字图书馆使信息资源共享成为现实,在这种条件下,图书馆咨询台服务的形式和内容也要发生根本变化。以浙江林学院为例,阐述了图书馆咨询台在新形势下的主要工作。

Along with the arrival of the network era, the digital library makes the information resources sharing become the reality. Under such condition, the forms and contents of library＇ s advisory desk service will be changed greatly. Taking Zhejiang University of Forestry as the example, this paper expounds the main works of library＇s reference desk under the new situation.
