高铝电炉顶砖的使用效果及分析

摘要 分析了不烧高铝电炉顶砖和烧成高铝电炉顶砖的使用效果和用后变化。结果表明:不烧高铝砖的使用性能优于烧成高铝砖。砖的损毁主要与炉渣(Fe2O3和CaO)对砖的侵蚀、热震和结构变化引起的剥落以及砖缝的超前侵蚀有关。 The application and structural changes of unfired and fired high alumina bricks for the roof of UHP arc furnace have been investigated. The results indicate that unfired brick is better than fired high alumina brick in application.The service life of the bricks is mainly related to the chemical corrosion of slag and the spalling caused by thermal shock and structure change as well as the preceded corrosion of the chinks between bricks. It is considered that Al2O3-Al2O3·MgO based refractories are potential candidates for the roof of EAF.
