Talking about the Human Resource Management of the State-owned Enterprises

由人才引发而来的人力资源管理问题,是国有企业面对的一个难题。论述了我国企业在人才管理体制方面存在的问题,并就如何挖掘企业现有的人力资源提出几点建议。

The problem of the human resource management caused by the talents is a difficult problem faced by the state-owned enterprises. This paper discusses on the problems existing in the aspect of the talents management mechanism of our country＇s state-owned enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions on how to dig the cuttert human resource of the enterprises.
