针对原中温箱式炉在使用过程中存在耗能高、结构状况不合理、生产效率低等问题,结合实际生产所需,本着经济效能的原则,通过台车制作、炉壳改造、炉衬结构优化、控制系统的改进、电热元件的正确选用与合理分布将其改造为台车式电炉,取得了满意效果。
