摘要
基于稀H2SO4介质中,痕量钛(Ⅳ)催化KBrO3氧化二溴羧基偶氮胂(DBCAA)的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量钛(Ⅳ)的催化动力学光度法.方法检出限为0.15μg/L,线性范围为0.0~8.0μg/L.结合溶剂萃取分离,可用于测定人发、植物、茶叶及岩石样品中的痕量钛(Ⅳ).
Based on the catalytic effect of trace titanium (Ⅳ) on discoloring reaction of dibromo caboxy arsenazo (DBCAA) with potassium bromate in dilute sulphuric acid solution,a method for the determination of trace titanium (Ⅳ) by kinetic spectrophotometry has been developed. The detection limit is 0. 15 μg/L and the linear range of determination is 0.0-8.0μg/L for tin. Combined with solvent extraction separation,the method has been applied to the determination of trace titanium (Ⅳ) in human hair, vegetable, tea and rock samples with satisfactory results.
