摘要
当前,我国正在实行社会主义市场经济体制,收入分配既是理论热点问题,也是具体实践问题。按劳分配与按要素分配须结合起来,两者统一于人力资本产权的实现,其意义不仅在于可更好地理解按要素分配是按劳分配的实现形式,更在于能有效协调劳动者的积极性与促进企业资本保值增值。
At present, our country establishing socialist market economy system, income distribution is not only theory hot issue and also practical issue. We should combine distribution according to work with distribution according production factor, and join human capital property, its meaning is in understanding that distribution acording production factor is realization mode of distribution according to work, and consolidate labor＇s passivity and promote capital value growth.
