用茂金属催化剂可生产出高性能的聚烯烃。该催化剂有均质的活性中心,生成聚合物的分子量分布较窄,在共聚物中单体组成及组成分布也同样较窄,在聚合物链上分子量也较均一,与齐格勒-纳塔型催化剂相比这是最基本的不同点。 在国外,茂金属聚烯烃的生产已实现了商业化。
This paper detailed use of metallocene catalysts to create high performing poly-olefin.
These catalysts have clearly defined molecular structures with uniforme active centres that lead to the prouduction of polymers with narrow molecular weight distrubution, and in which the commonomer center is the same, whatever and the moleculars weight of any individual polymer chain. In this way, they are fundamentally different from Zeiglar-Natta catalysts more normally used to make polyolefin.
The production of metallocene polyolefin is a commercial reality in abroad.
