摘要
本文较系统地介绍了超临界流体技术在医药工业中的应用研究,并重点描述了GAS(Gas Anti-Solvent)过程和RESS(Rapid Expansion of Supercritical fluid Solutions)过程的特征、实验装置及在医药工业中的应用情况。
In this paper, some respects to supercritical fluid technique in the pharmaceutical industry have been reviewed. Two novel techniques were discussed particularly: the rapid expansion of supercritical solutions for the formation of drug-loaded micro particles, and the gas anti-solvent process for the formation of ultra fine powders.
