酯渣合成结合性加脂剂的研究

Studies on Combination Fatliquor of Ester Residues

以脂肪酸甲酯蒸馏残渣为原料经预处理、酯交换、酰胺化、酯化和亚硫酸化制备结合性加脂剂，并对各步的合成条件进行了论述。

Abstract Residues obtained during the manufacture of fatty alcohol with natural oils and fats are used to make methyl fatty acid ester with which the combination fatliquor is synthesized.The preparation of the title product comprises reacting the filtered,water-washed and neutralized ester residues with the over-amount methanol at 75￣80℃,for 2 hrs,stilling for layer-forming and cleaning with salt liquor to gain the brown methyl fatty acid ester in oil form;furthermore,reacting,in the presence of a catalyst,with ethanolamine at an equal amount(by mol wt) at 120￣140℃,for 5 hrs,mixing and reacting the obtained product with maleic acid at an equal amount(by mol wt.) at 92￣120℃,for 2￣3 hrs,cooling,adding aqueous sodium pyrosulfite solution, reacting at 70￣90℃,for 2￣3 hrs,adjusting the product to PH of 6.5￣7.5 with the ammonia liquor.The above sulfited compound is mixed with a suitable amout of mineral oil and emulsifier to give a milky white fatliquor in paste form.
