摘要
基于弹性壳体模型对双层碳纳米管的扭转屈曲问题进行了研究,计及层间范德华力的影响,建立了双层碳纳米管扭转屈曲的临界条件,并进行了数值计算.研究表明,当管径比较小时,范德华力的影响较小.
This paper investigates the torsional buckling of double-wall carbon nanotubes on the basis of the elastic shell model. Considering the effect of van der Waals force between the inner and outer nanotubes into account, the critical buckling condition of double-wall carbon nanotubes is presented, and corresponding numerical computation is carried out. The results show that the larger the nanotube radius is, the greater the effect of van der Waals force is.
