摘要
在过氧化二异丙苯的引发下,用反应挤出的方法制备了聚丙烯接枝甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(PP-g-GMA)。用双螺杆挤出机制备了不同组成的聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚丙烯(PP)及PC/PP-g-GMA/PP的共混物。用电子显微镜观察了不同共混组成的形态,与PP/PC共混体系相比,PC/PP/PP-g-GMA体系中的PC在PP中分散相尺寸明显降低,PP-g-GMA的加入改变了聚丙烯在共混物中的晶体结构及提高了聚丙烯的结晶温度,同时Pe-g-GMA的加入对共混体系的力学机械性能也有明显改善。
This work deals with the effect of compatibilizer on tile morphology,thermal and mechanical properties of polycarbonate/ploy propylene (PC/PP) Bleeds.The compatibilizer were prepared by grafting glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)onto PP in the molten state.Blend morphology was controlled by adding PP-g-GMA as a compatibilizer.With PP-g-CMA weight fractions increased from 2.5to 20wt%, much finer dispersions of discrete PC with average domain size decreasing from 40Urn to 3μm were obtained.The crystal structure of PP in binary blends was different from that of PP in ternary blends.The thermal and mechanical properties significantly changed after incorporation of PP-g-CMA
