摘要
本研究以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为基础树脂,用多种三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作改性剂,研究不同EPDM、无机阻燃剂和红磷对材料性能的影响。研究结果表明LDPE/EPDM共混多相聚合物比LDPE有更强的韧性,还可增加无机阻燃剂的添加量。当加入适当的三水合氢氧化铝(ATH)和红磷时,可获得无卤阻燃聚乙烯材料,其极限氧指数(LOI)可达30、电导率为40μs/cm,pH值为5.0。可望作热塑性无卤阻燃聚乙烯电缆料。
Using LDPE as the base resin,the effects of different EPDM ternary copolymers, as a modifier,and inorganic flame retardants and red phosphor on the properties of this composite were studied.The results showed LDPE/EPDM multiphase polymer blend is tougher than LDPE,and the inorganic flame retardants loadings may be increased.As proper amounts of Aluminium trihydrate and red phosprhor were added, an non-halogen flame retardant PE composite can be obtained with limiting oxtygen index (LOI) up to 30 and 40μs/cm of conductivity and 5.0 of PH value, promising to be used as thermoplastic non-halogen flame retardant PE cable compounds.
