摘要
农村人力资源开发是建设全面小康社会的基础,现阶段我国农村人口文化素质过低,不能满足产业发展和城镇化战略的要求。电大多年来以灵活多元的方式致力农村人力资源开发,服务“三农”,在改善城乡教育布局和农村教育结构中形成了特色与优势。在新的历史时期,电大应充分发挥三网合一的网络技术与资源优势,以中高等职业教育为重点,以职业技术和农村实用技术培训为突破口,以社区教育为载体,为推进农村社会和谐构建作出新的贡献。
Rural manpower resources development is a foundation of building the well - off society in an all - round way. TVUs should give full play to the rural higher education and job training system to promore the rural manpower resources development.
