摘要
本文介绍了用反相高效液相色谱法定量分析邻氨基苯磺酸的方法，本法操作简便快速，结果准确，重现性好。该法的变异系数不大于０．６４％，其回收率为９９．８％～１０１．９％。
The quantitative analysis of o-aminobenzenesulfonic acid by reversed HPLC method was described in this paper, This simple and rapid procedure have good accuracy and reproducibility.The variated coefficient is less than 0. 64 %,the recovery is 99. 8￣101. 9 %.
