摘要
通过对各类添加剂性能的考察,确定了昆仑DTD电厂柴油机油的配方组成。该油品经过实验室的各项模拟评定、台架实验和实机使用试验,在清净性分散性、抗氧、抗腐蚀性、抗磨损性以及发动机运行参数方面均能满足电厂柴油发电机运行要求,具有很大的社会效益和推广前景。
Through the investigation on the performances of some kinds of additives, the formula composition of KunLun DTD diesel engine oil which is used in electric power plant is validated. The oil has passed the laboratory simulating evaluation, bench test and service trial. The results show that the detergency ＆ dispersancy, antioxidation and corrosion resistance, wear strength as well as engine operation parameter can satisfy the operating requirements of diesel engine generator used in electric power plant, with great social benefit and extending prospect.
