摘要
用DSC法研究了熔融温度和熔融时间对聚醚醚酮结晶熔融行为的影响。实验表明,聚醚醚酮的结晶峰随熔融时间延长向高温移动,且峰形变窄,峰的强度增大。继续延长熔融时间,结晶峰降低,峰形变宽;熔融时间延长时,聚醚醚酮的玻璃化转变温度和冷结晶峰温度均提高,熔融峰强度减弱。熔融温度升高时,聚醚醚酮的结晶峰强度减弱,峰宽增加;而冷结晶峰温度提高。
The effect of melting temperature and time on the crystallizing and melting behaviour of polyether ether ketone(PEEK) has been studied by DSC. The tests show that the crystallization peak of PEEK shifts to higher temperature and peak shape becomes narrow and peak strength increases while the melting time increases. But when the melting time is longer,the crystallization peak shifts to lower temperature and the peak shape becomes wide.On the other hand,both the glass temperature and cold crystallization peak temperature of PEEK increases and melting peak strength decreases while the melting time becomes longer. With increasing melting temperature, the cold crystallization peak temperature increases, the crystallization peak strength of PEEK weakens and the peak width increases.
