摘要
用微波消解大黄后,采用美国利曼公司生产的PS-Ⅰ型中阶梯光栅光谱仪测定了大黄中的常量及微量元素.结果表明,其RSD为1.99%~5.93%,回收率为92%~105%.
After rhubarb were digested with microwave, the contents of constant and trace elements in it were determined by ICP/Echelle spectrometer (American Leeman labs). The relative standard deviation of this measurement was 1.99%-5.93%, the rate of recovery of samples was 92%-105%.
