利用经典的K loosterm ann和估计,特征和估计及其解析方法研究了D irich let L-函数奇特征的2k次加权均值,得到一个较为精确的加权均值分布公式.

Using the classical estimation of Kloostermann sum,the estimation of character sum and the analytic method, the 2k-th weight mean value of Dirichlet L-functions with odd characteristic was studied,and an accurate weight mean value formula was given.
