摘要
目的评价我国农村已实施的合理用药干预措施的效果,判断当前采用的合理用药评价指标是否适用。方法借鉴循证医学的思想,采取文献法和统计方法。结果在我国农村已开展的某些合理用药干预措施已达到一定效果;干预措施对管理人员和医务人员用药观念、知识、行为方面的效果较显著。结论在农村开展促进合理用药的干预,主要是传播合理用药的理念,纠正错误的用药观念,增加用药知识,改变不合理用药行为;仅靠处方评价我国农村合理用药干预措施是不合理的,需要建立适合的、全面的和科学的评价指标体系。
OBJECTIVE To Evaluate the effect of intervention measures of rational use of medicines （RUM） implemented in rural areas, and to estimate the applicability of those evaluating indicators of RUM. METHOD Idea of Evidence-based Medicine, literaiure review and statistics. RESULTS Achievement of some intervention measures of RUM implemented in rural areas have gotten.Intervention measures of RUM have obviously influenced the opinion, knowledge and behavior of managers and medical staff. CONCLUSION Interventions on RUM in rural areas is to spread the opinion of RUM, to improve the knowledeg, to change behavior of irrational use of medicines ultimately. Only prescription analysis is not enough, a comprehensive and scientific system of evaluation indicators should be established to use for evaluation intervention measures of RUM in rural areas in China.
