摘要
文章首先描述了偏振相关测试仪(PDM)的结构和原理,然后重点介绍了几种常用的偏振控制仪模块结构,包括波片型、可弯法拉第旋转片(VFR)型、楔形双折射晶体型、光纤环型、挤压光纤型、液晶型、铌酸锂(L iNbO3)型、电光陶瓷型等。文章最后结合光通信的发展,分析了各种结构的偏振测试功率计的发展趋势。
The structure and principle of polarization-dependence meter was described in this paper firstly. After that, the authors introduced some main structures of polarization control module including wave plate structure, VFR structure, birefringence wedgy crystal structure, optical fiber rings structure, pressing optical fiber structure, liquide crystal structure, LiNbO3 structure, eleetrooptie ceramic structure. At last, according to the development of optical communications, the authors analyzed the progress of some polarization-dependence meters.
