湿热敷预防PICC致机械性静脉炎的效果观察

A study on the effect of hydropathic and hot compress preventing mechanicalness phlebitis that have caused by peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)

目的观察湿热敷预防PICC致机械性静脉炎的效果。方法将98例行PICC的肿瘤患者随机分为实验组48例和对照组50例,仅实验组接受湿热敷,置管后12h开始,2次/d,20min/次,连续3d,观察两组机械性静脉炎的发生比例。结果实验组发生比例为4.17%,对照组发生比例为18%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论湿热敷能有效预防PICC所致的机械性静脉炎。

Objective To observe the effect preventing mechanicalness phlebitis that have caused by peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） by the way of hydropathic and hot compress. Method 98 cases given PICC were divided into two groups： hydropathic and hot compress group （ Group A） ; control （ Group B）. Only Grpup A received hydropathic and hot compress,20 minutes once, Bid, 12 hour after PICC was set, observe the phlebitis rate. Results The phlebitis rates were 4.17 % in Group A, 18 % in Grouv B P〈0.05. Conclusion Hydropathic and hot compress can prevent mechanicalness phlebitis caused by peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）.
