摘要
本文论述了 FY—I 工业测控微机系统在轧管机抓矩监测系统中的应用,并对该系统的硬件电路进行了改进。同时,进行了各种软件的研制,实现了监测系统的各种功能。该系统经现场调试、试验,投入实际使用。实践表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠,使用灵活方便。本系统首次实现了轧机扭矩的微型计算机在线监测。
In the production of the seamless steel tubes there exist the dangerously violent torsional oscillations and shocks in the main drive system of aperiodic tube-mill,and the machine failures caused by the overtorque all the time take place in it,because the special technological Process is adopted.So,it is highly important that the torsional vibration should be monitored to avoid the malfunction of the mill and to make it in the best condition. In the paper the application of FY-I Measurement and control microcomp -uter System in the monitoring of tube-mill torque on line is discussed,and the hardware functions are improved.Simultaneously,kinds of function soft -ware are developed.The system has already been applied in practice by onspot debugging and testing,and all the monitoring functions have cometure. As indicated in practical use,this syatem has advantages such as more teliable performance,better convenience in use,more nimble operation etc. It is the first succeed in on line monitoring the torque of rolling mill by a microcomputer.
