FP0-C32CT在仪器柜控制系统中的应用

摘要 针对现有仪器管理方式的不足,提出了一种新的监控方案,使系统通过对松下FP0_C32CT型可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的控制就可对若干个仪器柜进行监控.介绍了柜控系统的功能、工作流程的同时,着重对FP0-C32CT型PLC的硬件配置、软件设计做详细阐述.使用表明,FP0-C32CT在此柜控系统中的应用使得仪器柜的监控变得简单易行,也提高了系统的可靠性. A new control method is brought to make up the disadvantages of existing apparatuses management. The new control system is able to supervise the working state of many cabinets by way of controlling the technical parameters of PLC made by Panasonic. This paper makes a detailed statement to the software design and hardware configuration of FP0-CB2CT model of PLC, and also demonstrates the system' s function and working procedure. The practical use shows that the application of FP0-C32CT in the control system of apparatus cabinet is proved to be easy and simple in supervising the working state of cabinets, and raises the relibility of the system.
