摘要
随着数字信号处理技术的不断发展和完善,以及DSP芯片集成度、运算速度、数据吞吐率等性能的不断提高,DSP已被广泛应用于许多视频处理和传输领域.本系统运用了数字图像压缩技术,研制脱机视频监探记录系统记录事发现场的图像,为事后处理分析提供信息.系统体积小,自身带有存储器,因此可以独立安装使用.
With the continuous development and consummation of digital signal processing, DSP chip is used widely in video processing and transmission field, because its integration density, computing speed and the speed of data are improved continuously. Digital image compression technology is used to record the images of accident sites, providing information for posttreatment. This system is compact and can be installed and used independently because of its own memory chip.
