摘要
溴化锂吸收式制冷机是一种可利用低品位热能的节能型制冷机.针对蒸汽型单效溴化锂吸收式制冷机在船舶空调系统中的应用,编写了制冷机的设计计算程序和变工况的仿真计算程序,主要研究设计参数对流体流量和传热面积的影响及外界参数对制冷量与热力系数影响的变化规律.其结果与理论分析能较好地吻合,对溴冷机的设计及操作运行、控制调节等具有一定的指导意义.
Lithium-bromide absorption refrigerator is an energy-saving refrigerator, which can make use of low quality heat energy. For the application of single-effect lithium-bromide absorption refrigerator in air-conditioning system of ships, this paper developed two simulation programs: one for design computation and the other for simulation of the effect under various operating conditions. The effects of design parameters on liquid flux and heat transfer area and influence of ambient parameters on refrigeration capacity and thermal coefficient were mainly researched. The results agree well with theoretical analyses and can provide a reference for design and opertion of the refrigerators.
