摘要
为保证继电保护装置在不同系统方式下满足灵敏度和选择性的要求,在整定计算过程中,必 须进行运行方式组合,确定其中较为苛刻的方式。随着高压电网不断发展,交错嵌套、纷繁复杂的 环网结构给整定计算中运行方式组合算法提出了新的挑战。分析了对定值影响较大的典型环网拓 扑结构变化,提出了一种基于环网电气耦合指标的运行方式组合新方法。算法根据2个环网耦合 指标有选择性地考虑了环网断开对定值的影响。大量实际工程算例证明了这种方法能有效提高保 护定值准确性和整定计算软件的效率。
It is essential for the setting calculation procedure to determine the more strict mode from some possible operation modes, in order to ensure the sensibility and selectivity of the protective devices in the dynamic change of power system configurations. With the development of power system, such intersecting and complicated meshed network has posed serious difficulties to the setting calculation. This paper analyzes the typical dynamic change of mesh network topology that exerts an influence on the calculation of setting. A new method for the combination of operation modes is presented, which introduces electric coupling of loops that take into account the influence of mesh network selectively based on two criteria. The results of plenty of engineering examples show the effectiveness of the new method in improving the accuracy of setting and efficiency of setting calculation software.
