采用水平导向技术铺设管线的技术问题

摘要 为解决采用水平导向技术铺设管线的技术问题,通过对作用于铺设管线上的力所做的力学分析和实验,提出了关于作用在铺设管线上的力和管线/土间摩擦系数(μz)和PE管线/斑脱土泥浆悬浮液间切线应力(τvs)的确定方法,并论证了含水量、含砂量、管道铺设中断时间等相关影响因素。该方法现实可行,将为相关问题的研究提供有益的参考。 Focused on eliminating technical problems due to pipes laid by means of horizontal directional drilling technology (HDD), the paper, through mechanical analysis of force acting on laying the pipelines, features the methods determining the forces applied to the pipes laid and friction coefficient μz between the pipe/soil and the tangential stress τvs between the pipe/betonies mud suspension and identifies determining factors related to laying pipe, such as water content, sand content, and cutting off time. The methods prove practical and feasible and can afford better references to the study of problems concerned.
