Strengthen Environmental Supervision and Improve Sustainable Development of Mining Industry in Yunnan

矿业开发会对景观和生物多样性、土地、水环境和大气环境造成不利影响,在其环保执法中,存在环境和“三同时”制度执行率低、违法采矿、污染治理不到位和生态修复差的问题。为实现矿业的可持续发展,应树立科学发展观,加强监管,控制源头,明确业主义务,依靠科技进步,推进循环经济,建立生态补偿制度。

The development of mining will cause bad effects on natural scenery, biological diversity, the soil, air environment and water environment. During the process of environmental supervision, illegal mining and inefficient management has led to serious environmental pollution. In order to realize sustainable development of mining industry, establishing the view of science and development, and strengthening supervision and controlling pollution source will take effective on environmental protection with promoting recycling economy and building up ecological compensation system.
